Colours & Descriptions
While we make every effort to ensure our photos and descriptions are as accurate and informative as possible, we would suggest that if you are ordering a large amount of a particular item, you order a sample first.
Shades of colours printed can sometimes vary from the proofs that are emailed to you for approval and may not be 100% true to the proof when printed.
Out of stock items
When your order and payment are received, you will be emailed a proof of your chosen wrapper/label with your personalised text on. If your chosen wrapper or item is out of stock, you will be informed as to the date when they will be in stock. If products are out of stock, they are normally back in stock within 1 week.
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery on large orders. We can supply orders in a few days, but if you are in a hurry, please contact us and we can let you know if it is possible.
Please note that choosing Courier Delivery does not mean you will receive your order the day after you have placed it. Everything is made to order and sometimes can take a little longer to make.
Delivery Costs
We use An Post and GLS Couriers for despatching orders. We would advise that you choose Courier Delivery for large orders.
Minimum Order
Please note that there may be a minimum order for certain items, this will be stated in the product description.
Returns
Due to the nature of our personalised products, we will not accept returns unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by Maria's Little Wrappers.
