Print off the entry form (click above) and use the blank template to create your wrapper design. Once you've finished and are happy with your design, complete the entry form and post it back to me along with your wrapper.
When I receive your wrapper design I will upload it to my Facebook Page and you can get all of your friends and family to "like" your design. The 2 designs with the most "likes" (one from each age group), will win.
The prize is 10 chocolate bars with your very own wrapper design on them. If you don't want to claim your chocolate bars straight away, you can let me know and I can make them whenever you're ready.
So, print off the entry form and get designing - I can't wait to see them. The closing date has been extended until end of August.
